Returns & Exchanges
At HerPlus, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your HerPlus account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
